We are sorry to say that Alejandro, better known as Alex will no longer be serving up his tapas at Cafe Galicia.
Alex first started out with Emilio Tapas and was the executive chef once the opportunity arose to be a part of the Cafe Galicia family he jump at the chance to expand his horizons.
Alex's creativity composed the entire main menu and daily specials.
Every night Alex would make sure he came out to the dining room and thanked his customers for coming in.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Alex will be leaving Cafe Galicia this Saturday however he and his wife hope to open their own Tapa's restaurant in the near future.
